Easter Angel

This is an elegant and joyful figure of a guardian angel with spread wings, and carrying an Easter egg, the symbol of the origin of life. The egg bears a filigree with a depiction of the Saviour and the monogram of the Russian Easter holiday, “X.B.”, which are the Cyrillic initials for the words “Christ Is Risen!”
