Jesus Prayer finger rosary

This finger rosary has been crafted from ten segments and features the words of the Jesus Prayer, with a central link in the form of a cross. The idea of wearing a rosary on the finger or thumb first came about at a time when Christians faced persecution; the rosary had to be discreet and comfortable for long journeys on foot. Rosaries are traditionally used to aid concentration during prayer and create a rhythm, through the sound made by the links of the chain when they come into contact with one another.
