George the Victorious cross

This flattened cross is adorned with an ornamental nimbus at the intersection, similar to the style of the Celtic cross. At the base of the cross is a depiction of the Great Martyr George»s victory over the dragon. The central image of Christ the Almighty is surrounded by images of the Blessed Virgin, John the Baptist, and the Archangels Michael and Gabriel. On the reverse of the cross are the words of the prayer “Let God Arise”.
